Shipping from China to Europe takes 5–10 days by air, 25–30 days by rail/truck to Germany, or 35–40 days by ocean to Hamburg/Rotterdam. Under DDP we pre-pay import VAT and duty, handle EORI, and deliver to your door or FBA — your customer gets no surprise VAT bill on delivery.

Transit time
CAN airport to EU/UK door. Best for urgent restocks, high-value electronics, and time-sensitive FBA shipments.
China-Europe rail to Germany and Central Europe. Faster than ocean, lower cost than air. Ideal for mid-volume cargo that can wait a month.
Shared container to Hamburg, Rotterdam or Antwerp. Plus 3–7 days for inland delivery to France, Italy, Spain or Eastern Europe.
Customs
Every EU importer needs an EORI number. If you don’t have one, we ship under our importer record. For shipments under €150 we use IOSS so VAT is collected at checkout — your customer gets no surprise bill. For commercial shipments above €150, we pre-clear import VAT and duty under DDP. The UK is a separate customs territory post-Brexit — we handle both EU and UK clearance.
Electronics, toys, machinery and PPE need CE marking. Chemicals require REACH registration; electronics require WEEE compliance. Cosmetics need CPNP notification. We check your product documentation before cargo is loaded and flag anything that needs certification. Germany also requires Verpackungsregister (LUCID) packaging registration — we advise per country.
Know before you ship
Counterfeits, endangered species, weapons, prescription drugs, and products without required CE or REACH certification. We will refuse these at pickup.
Cosmetics (CPNP), food contact materials, batteries, lithium power banks, textiles with origin labels. Send us photos before booking so we can advise on certification.
