Your Guangzhou receiving hub

One Baiyun address for every PRD supplier. We count, label, QC with photo evidence, and stage your goods until the full order is ready — then pull to air or pool to sea from the same stock.

The hub workflow

What happens at the hub

Receive & log

Cartons are booked in against your PO the moment they arrive. You see the receipt in the same dashboard as the shipment.

Count & QC

We count pieces, check carton condition, and photograph any damage or mismatch while the factory can still fix it.

Label & prepare

FNSKU, retail, or transit labels applied at the hub, so the carton is shelf-ready before it ever reaches the airline or container.

Stage & release

Goods sit on stock until the slowest factory catches up, then we release in one consolidated air or ocean booking.

Why stage

Why shippers use a staging hub

Wait for the slowest factory

Stop shipping partials. Hold early-received stock until the last factory is done, then send one consolidated load.

QC before you commit

We photograph and count on arrival. Catch short-ships, damaged cartons and wrong SKUs while the supplier can still re-send.

One delivery, not five

Five factories no longer mean five shipments and five customs entries. We combine at the hub into one DDP load.

What comes in

What we accept at the door

Supplier cartons

Standard export cartons from your PRD factories, delivered on pallets or by cart. We count and log each one.

Samples & prototypes

Single cartons and small test orders are welcome — we hold them until you’re ready to consolidate with the main shipment.

Returns & reworks

Goods coming back from a previous shipment can be received, inspected, and re-packed for the next outbound move.

FAQ

Questions shippers ask.

We offer short-term staging as part of the consolidation flow — long enough to wait for the slowest factory. Extended storage beyond that is quoted per pallet / per CBM per month.

Yes. We count pieces, photograph carton condition, and flag any mismatch or damage to you before the cargo ships out.

Yes. FBA carton-labelling, poly-bagging, and palleletising are done at the hub before the DDP leg, so the delivery arrives FBA-ready.

We give you a Baiyun, Guangzhou receiving address and a PO reference. Your suppliers ship to that address marked with your PO, and we log each delivery against it.

We photograph it on receipt, hold it separately, and send you the evidence. You decide whether to claim against the factory, re-work, or ship as-is.

Need a Guangzhou receiving address?

Send us your supplier list. We set up the hub address, log every carton as it arrives, and stage until you’re ready to ship.
